A television drama centered around a female FBI agent who is forced to work with an institutionalized scientist in order to rationalize a brewing storm of unexplained phenomena. This show is very mindful and confusing at times if you dont understand the baseline of the show but if you like Gory Sci-Fi and Mystery, this show is for you!

Solidly entertaining show- JJ Abrams brings his signature style of the weirdly dramatic and fantastical to Fringe. A government agent (Anna Torv, aka the poor man's Cate Blanchett) works bizarre cases of human experimentation, vaguely referred to as The Pattern, with madcap scientist/mental patient Walter Bishop and his sarcastic son Peter, who is also a genius and the only one who can "handle" nutball Dad.
The show has its rocky points and isn't perfect by any means. Character development is slow and gets a little waylaid by its own quirkiness. It sings, though, when Papa Bishop gets to play in his lab, embarking on freaky-cool science projects like telekinesis.
