this is the best gta game on a handheld. The game revolves around a chinese dude named huang lee whos father died and goes to liberty city to give a traditional sword to his uncle bet things go wrong. The game is played from a birds eye view but it translates very well to the psp. ALso this game is a great improvement fromt the rest. you have a pda and a gps that hasnt been seen in past psp gtas and also the ability to sell picachu ( illegal substances) best gta psp game !
